Wow, my kind-of first time CGing a picture, i think it turned out okay
 It took me two days, but of course not two full days, just stopping in between and etc. So, it was first drawn by hand, scanned then photoshoped, the background was also made in photoshop and i think it goes pretty well with the image  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I think you should've added a deeper shade of purple and color in where the Pupils would've been. also make sure to add darker shades onder the ruffle where need. That way you can give the clothes more dimension.
Oh and here's a trick I learn if you ever wanna try it!
duplcate the out line layer and color the outline however you want, guassier blur it and set it to multiply.

And i was trying to figure out the line color thing, i selected the line and i was tring to color in the selected part, though it was abit to hard so i gave up, thanks though.
If I can find time...I'll make a digital version of it (line art and colours)
